MAMMUT MOUNTAIN DAYS 2023: The mountain sports festival at the foot of the Matterhorn
Mammut invites you to its Mountain Days event in Täsch near Zermatt in Switzerland on the first weekend of September 2023. From 4000m to 7a: Mountain enthusiasts and summit conquerors can expect a unique selection of alpine activities, which they can try for themselves with Mammut Team athletes. Yoga workshops, live music, and film screenings will ensure the tented village will have the perfect (evening) ambiance.
The name of the game for all visitors to the Mammut Mountain Days, from September 1 to 3, 2023, will be: immerse yourself in the world of mountain sports. The Swiss outdoor specialist is organizing a three-day festival against a world-famous Alpine backdrop. Something available for every ability: a Breithorn tour, hikes, trail runs, via ferrata tours, and climbing sessions will take you high up. Bringing your own equipment is the only prerequisite for taking part. The activities will be led and guided by Swiss mountain guides, while stars from the scene also get actively involved, including prominent names from the Mammut Athlete team, such as the living mountaineering legends Stephan Siegrist and Jonas Schild, Swiss professional climber Katherine Choong, and freeride expert Sybille Blanjean. Highline world record holder Julien Roux will be on hand with valuable tips for slacklining.
Apart from the sporting activities, you will also have the opportunity to explore the beautiful resort of Zermatt on Saturday. Live music, film screenings, and vegetarian delicacies will allow you to mingle with mountain sports fans and athletes in the evenings. To complete the outdoor experience, tents will be available for all 300 participants to stay overnight, and these can find new owners on site to use resources sustainably. A limited number of camper van slots will also be available.
Ticket sales will kick off on June 1, 2023. In addition to access to the activities and workshops, the price (CHF 490.00) includes the Mountain Railway Ticket, meals, and two nights in the tented village. In addition, every participant will receive a comprehensive goodie bag with high-quality outdoor products.
